General Liability

Our general liability practice group represents clients on a broad array of general liability work. This starts with a determination of whether there is a duty to defend or indemnify, or whether this duty is the responsibility of other insurers. If a duty is established, we work to quickly and efficiently assess the exposure and obtain a great result.

We have provided expert representation for all types of general liability cases – from slip and fall, to property damage claims, to losses related to business negligence. We minimize a client’s exposure through a critical examination of the plaintiff’s actions, a careful analysis of the parties inactions and a thorough review of contractual and policy documentation.
