Property
Our property practice group represents insurers on property damage claim disputes stemming from all types of perils, including fire, smoke, water, flood and environmental damages such as oil spills. We act for insurers on both large commercial losses as well as residential claims, providing expertise on issues ranging from stock losses, to business interruption losses to coverage issues on property policies.
The property group has resolved numerous property loss disputes through the appraisal process, and has handled almost every type of property loss imaginable. Our familiarity with the coverages provided under various types of policies allows us to provide a unique insight into the pursuit of recovery of losses and advice on what the insured is owed.
