RACHEL JADD

Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University with an Honours B.A. in psychology in 2012. She then obtained her J.D. from Western University in 2015.

Rachel has primarily practiced civil litigation since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Her practice areas include motor vehicle tort litigation, property damage, and occupiers’ liability. Rachel also has experience in the areas of employment law, professional liability, and commercial litigation.

Rachel strives to be a strong advocate for her clients. She is known for her compelling written submissions and attention to detail. She regularly represents clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has also represented clients before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.

When not practicing law, Rachel enjoys hiking, swimming, and trying new restaurants.
