BRANSON WONG
Branson is a graduate of Queen’s University Faculty of Law where he was a member of the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic and the Queen’s Law Journal, and earned his B.Hsc in Health Sciences from Western University. He articled at ZTGH and returned as an associate after being called to the bar in 2022.
Branson maintains a litigation practice with a focus on personal injury in the field of motor vehicle liability, occupier’s liability, and medical malpractice involving the defense of Ontario’s various Long-Term Care Centres and professional negligence claims against health practitioners. He also maintains a practice in Accident Benefits, property damage claims, disputes between insurers, and construction cases. Branson has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on contested motions and has obtained several successful decisions before the Ontario License Appeal Tribunal and Small Claims Court. His approach to litigation is practical and pragmatic.
When not practicing law, Branson enjoys writing, staying active, and gaming with his friends.
