Class Action
Class Actions can be stressful claims for our clients. At ZTGH, we promote early settlement and resolution in defending complex actions. Our lawyers have experience with the Class Proceedings Act and serve their clients working on class actions in all stages including certification motions, and all interlocutory procedures such as notice provisions and settlements.
The firm has particular expertise in representing Long-Term Care Facilities, business interruption claims, and claims involving complex environmental damages.
