TIZIANA SERPA

Tiziana Serpa is a civil litigation lawyer dedicated to attaining expedient and cost-effective resolutions for her clients. Tiziana obtained her Juris Doctor from Windsor Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. During her time at law school, Tiziana was actively involved in student committees and volunteered at the Legal Aid Clinic, where she gained valuable skills and experience in client interaction, time management and efficient work ethic. She articled and was in-house counsel at a prominent organization, where she practiced in the areas of insurance defence and employment law.

Tiziana has over seven years of civil litigation experience primarily in insurance defence matters, handling accident benefits, tort motor vehicle accidents and property claims. She has represented clients in matters before the License Appeal Tribunal and the Superior Court of Justice. She is actively engaged in her files and works strategically with her clients in negotiating claims or ensuring a robust defence to trial.

Beyond practicing law, Tiziana enjoys any and all adventures with her two boys and has a passion for baking, cupcakes especially.
