Michael P. Taylor Mediation
Mediation services are now available virtually on whichever platform the participants prefer.
Michael was called to the bar in 1984 and has practiced exclusively in the area of insurance both in the property and casualty field since his call to the bar. He co-founded ZTGH in 1997. Michael has appeared before all Ontario courts, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Michael has written and lectured on a number of insurance issues including environmental claims and the Occupiers Liability Act. He has also served on the editorial board of the publication Legal Focus which specializes in property and general liability issues.
Michael has been selected by his peers for the past six years for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in Canada list, in the areas of insurance law and personal injury litigation. Michael is also a Lexpert Ranked Lawyer.
Michael’s practice has evolved in recent years to include mediation work. His rate for mediation services is $2500 for half day and $4000 for full day (plus HST and disbursements).
