ANDREA SEECHARAN
Andrea graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law with a concentration in Business Law in 2012. She went on to earn her LL.B from the University of Leicester in England in 2016 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
Before joining ZTGH, Andrea articled and practiced at a plaintiff personal injury firm, where she gained hands-on experience managing tort and accident benefits claims. Her work included appearances before the Superior Court of Justice on a range of motions, as well as preparing written submissions for Licence Appeal Tribunal disputes.
At ZTGH, Andrea’s practice primarily focuses on tort claims, though she also enjoys handling examinations under oath, priority disputes, and suspected fraud matters. Her experience on both sides of litigation gives her a practical and well-rounded approach to advocacy. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Andrea brings a client-centered perspective to every file she handles.
Outside of law, Andrea can usually be found doing yoga, checking out Toronto’s best restaurants, spending time with friends and family, working towards her scuba diving certification, or plotting her next globe-trotting adventure.
