MARTIN LIDUMS
Martin graduated from Queen’s University in 2012 and obtained his J.D. from Bond University in 2015. He was called to the Bar in 2017 and has worked on both the plaintiff and defence side of the insurance bar.
Martin’s practice encompasses tort, accident benefits, priority disputes, examinations under oath and property claims. Martin prides himself on delivering insightful and cost-effective results for his clients.
Martin has regularly appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Licence Appeal Tribunal and Small Claims Court on behalf of his clients. When out of the office, Martin enjoys spoiling good walks with golf, discussing strava segments and cheering on his beloved Maple Leafs, Raptors, and Blue Jays.
