THULASI KANDIAH
Thulasi has a B.A. in Anthropology and Psychology from McMaster University. She received her J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2020, and was called to the Bar in 2021.
During law school, Thulasi worked on public legal education projects regarding sexual assault and harassment. She completed her articles at a prominent plaintiff-based personal injury law firm in Burlington, with a focus on institutional abuse and sexual assault claims. During her articles, Thulasi co-authored a paper on vicarious liability for sexual abuse for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association 2020 Fall Conference.
Thulasi joined ZTGH in 2021. She works primarily on accident benefits cases, but is also interested in tort and subrogation claims, class actions, and estate litigation. Thulasi enjoys working closely with clients, and takes pride in her attention to detail and written/oral advocacy. Thulasi is a member of ZTGH’s Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), Cannabis, and Class Action practice groups.
When not practicing law, Thulasi enjoys exploring Toronto and watching Law and Order reruns.
