Arian received his J.D. from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Before law school, Arian attended McMaster University and studied Political Science with a specialization in Public law and Judicial studies.

During law school, Arian competed at the Hicks Morley Moot and was the co-president of the Mental Health and Wellness Initiative (MHWI). Arian also worked as a caseworker at the Legal Assistance of Windsor in the Landlord and Tenant Board division where he handled disputes between landlords and tenants. He also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.

In his free time, Arian enjoys playing and watching basketball, soccer, and spending time with family.
