MONIKA MACALPINE
Monika graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Relations & Labour Studies in 2017. She later went on to complete her post-grad certificate Human Resource Management at George Brown College.
Monika’s background includes work experience in several different industries including Health Care, Transportation, and Human Resource Information Systems. Monika’s Human Resources experience includes full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, policy formation, project management, payroll, and administration. Monika is also the Co-founder and COO of Heading North Company; a unique, high-quality apparel for Canadian cottage country. When she is not at work, Monika enjoys spending time at her cottage in Killarney, hiking with her German Shepherd, traveling and listening to live music at local breweries.
