KEVIN WHITTINGTON

Kevin received his J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Prior to pursuing his legal studies, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University.

During his time in law school, Kevin co-founded and served as President of the Queen’s Health Law Club, a role that allowed him to delve into various aspects of health and insurance law. It was through this experience that he discovered his passion for insurance law and gained valuable insights into how law, insurance, and health intersect.

In addition to his leadership role, Kevin was actively involved as a caseworker at the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic, where he provided free legal services to vulnerable populations. Through this role, he gained hands-on experience representing clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and Small Claims Court.

Outside of the law, Kevin enjoys spending time up north with his family, practicing his swing at the driving range with friends, and hitting the slopes to snowboard whenever he gets the chance.
