JONATHAN WONG

Jonathan graduated with a double B.A. in History and International Relations from the University of Southern California in 2009, obtained his JD from the University of Oregon in 2013 with a specialty in environmental law, and obtained his LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016. He was called to the California Bar in 2015 and to the Ontario Bar in 2019. He articled and practiced at a prominent Toronto Plaintiff personal injury firm and a boutique Los Angeles personal injury firm before joining ZTGH in 2022.

Jonathan brings experience working with a variety of clients facing a wide breath of legal issues; from family law and foreclosure defence to worker’s compensation and intellectual property. Prior to joining ZTGH, Jonathan maintained a dual jurisdictional litigation practice in Ontario and California where he employed his unique experiences and background to bring fresh insights and solutions to clients’problems in an efficient and practical manner. His service oriented, communicative approach ensures that he is always attentive to client needs and concerns. Jonathan enjoys bringing his wealth of legal knowledge to the challenges of clients facing tort, accident benefits, estates litigation, and pollution issues.

During his spare time, Jonathan likes to stay active by playing soccer and football, reading military history literature, and going on scenic road trips to sample craft breweries.
