ADAM C. THEOFANIDIS

Adam graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in neuroscience, physiology and psychology in 2011. He received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2015.

Before joining ZTGH in 2017, Adam practiced at a well-respected plaintiff personal injury firm, where he gained experience representing clients on complicated motor vehicle, occupier’s liability and slip and fall claims. As a plaintiff’s lawyer, Adam regularly appeared before judges and masters of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on a variety of matters. He also has experience in Small Claims Court and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada.

Adam has a varied insurance defence practice that includes tort motor vehicle and general liability claims, accident benefits and examinations under oath.

While at law school, Adam placed 2nd in the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, a Canada-wide law school competition in which teams advocate on behalf of an NHL player or NHL team in a simulated salary arbitration.

Outside of the office, Adam is a sports addict (player and fan) and enjoys cooking.
