Sean graduated from York University with a B.A. (honours) in Law and Society in 2009, and holds J.D. degrees from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law, which were awarded in 2014. He was called to the bar in 2015. Sean summered, articled and returned as an associate at a prominent insurance law boutique firm. He then joined ZTGH as an associate in 2018.
Sean’s practice focuses on tort cases involving motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents as well as accident benefit, priority and loss transfer disputes. Sean’s practice groups include General Liability, Coverage and Examinations Under Oath among others.
Sean has experience appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and attending Small Claims Court settlement conferences and has assisted on the preparation of several trials to date. Sean believes in developing a relationship with each of his clients and tenaciously prepares for all of his litigation matters. He assertively represents the needs of his clients on every case.
At law school, Sean was the Sports co-chair for the 2013 Canada Law Games where he was tasked with scheduling and overseeing the large scale event for participants from all Law Schools in Canada.
When not practising law, Sean likes to spend his spare time playing baseball and his guitar, taking walks with his dog or finding new food spots around the city to share with his friends and family.
