Robert graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Science with a Joint Honours in Political Science and Philosophy. He received his J.D. from Western Law in 2016. He articled with the firm before returning as an associate.
Robert’s practice focuses on tort and accident benefits cases involving motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents. He specializes in coverage issues, property damage, examinations under oath and subrogation claims. He prides himself on client service and receiving excellent results in a cost-effective manner, while assertively representing the needs of his clients in every case.
Robert has appeared regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as handling Small Claims and License Appeal Tribunal matters.
At law school, Robert participated in a number of internal and external advocacy competitions. He was a finalist in the Client Counseling Competition and ranked “Top 40” in the Lerner’s Cup. He also represented Western Law at the Walsh Moot, a provincial moot competition.
In his spare time, Robert likes to spend his spare time reading, playing squash, and travelling.
