Fraser Chorley earned an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics. He obtained his Canadian J.D. from the University of Windsor concurrently with his American J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Fraser’s main interest is litigation. He has experience in having worked on files involving tort, accident benefits, employment, family, criminal, condominium, and landlord tenant disputes. He has made appearances before the Small Claims Court, Superior Court, and Ontario Court of Justice.
Prior to joining ZTGH, Fraser worked at a well-respected insurance defence litigation firm, where he gained valuable experience as an advocate for his clients.
Fraser has multiple reported decisions including Kissoon v. Aviva 2018 ONSC 2167 and Khan v. Gill 2017 ONSC 5591.
In his spare time, Fraser enjoys playing hockey, golfing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
