Danielle graduated from McMaster University in 2004, with a B.A. (Hons.) in political science and a minor in history. She received her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2008 and was called to the bar in 2009.
Danielle’s has experience in a breadth of litigation matters, but her practice is focused on insurance defence, particularly motor vehicle accident claims – tort and accident benefits.
Danielle also works in the areas of priority disputes and loss transfer and has developed expertise in issues involving the interplay between workplace safety legislation and motor vehicle claims.
Danielle is focused on being responsive to her clients’ goals while achieving effective and efficient results.
While in law school, Danielle received the Susan J. Serena award and Robinson J. Ryan Memorial award for her community involvement and legal aid work.
