Chantalle graduated from York University in 2010 with a B.A. in psychology, focusing her course work in neuropsychology. In 2015, she received her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, following which she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor in 2018. Prior to returning as an Associate, Chantalle joined ZTGH as an articling student after having summered with a prominent national personal injury firm.
Throughout her career, Chantalle has always aimed to combine her unique knowledge of the medical and healthcare fields with her passion for the law. Her hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating patients is invaluable, allowing her to understand injuries in a multifaceted way and to effectively analyze the nuances of complex matters. Chantalle’s practice consists of insurance defence litigation including, tort, accident benefits and subrogation claims. She has experience with the areas of automobile insurance claims, property loss/damage claims, coverage issues, products liability, clinic fraud, and other fraudulent and suspicious claims.
Chantalle has appeared regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. She also has experience at the Small Claims Court and the LAT. Chantalle prides herself on her ability to communicate effectively, and believes that good relationships with both her clients and opposing counsel, will most effectively maximize expediency and cost effectiveness. While Chantalle thoroughly enjoys fine tuning her advocacy skills in court, she resolutely supports early settlement and will work actively to achieve this end.
Outside of the office, Chantalle enjoys spending time with her teacup Pomeranian, KiKi. She is also an avid traveller, an opera and ballet enthusiast, and enjoys visiting museums and galleries.
